Checked the website before going to this shop and found that it opened today at 1.30pm. I arrived around 2.40pm only to be told they weren't open, they said maybe i could wait half an hour. When i explained that on the phone it stated opening time was 1.30pm, the reply was where ? I went outside and got the opening times on my phone and went back in to show them, this time i was told they WERE open but the fish wasn't ready could i wait 15 minutes. So in the space of literally 2 minutes it went from being closed to being open. I told them they had to keep the information up to date. ANYONE running a business needs to make sure that ANY information is up to date. To be fair i don't use this shop on a regular basis but do use it from time to time and never had any problems in the past. But i am annoyed at what happened today and wont be back. Very poor PR.

Just had chips which were cold five minutes later. I asked for fresh but I think that they were sitting in the counter

On September 8th, I placed a home delivery order. I requested a white pudding supper but received a large sausage supper instead. The chips were also dry, as if they had been sitting out for a long time.

Ordered pizza and chips for delivery very fast service good quality hot food. Great value for money from a local business much cheaper than Domino or Pizza Hut

We have used this takeaway several times. Their kebabs and calzones are very good, as are onion rings and battered mushrooms. I tried a mince pie supper but it was dripping with oil and almost inedible. My biggest complaint is that on three occasions they missed out an item of our order (mushrooms, onions and chips on separate occasions). This seems to be too often to be a coincidence.
