Sometimes overcharged and other times sold expired food like hard bread, spoiled smelly barbacoa from the day before and flour tortillas with mold. Could be better

Customer service is abismal. I bought some bread from this bakery, only for them to charge me more than my friend who bought the Exact same bread. When I called to complain the staff was EXTREMELY rude. They kept changing the reason as to why I was charged that much. She also kept hanging up on me when I was trying to speak to her, and had such a haughty tone of voice when she’s the one that scammed me out of my money. Afterwards, she offered me my money back in such a disrespectful way, that I’m never going to step foot in that place again. Absolutely worst customer experience. Don’t come to this bakery if you’re expecting professional attitudes.

I ordered the cake shown in the picture, with red frosting only in the middle. I wanted it to closely resemble the image, so I showed the girl a picture and explained that I did not want chocolate and preferred flowers instead. However, when I received the cake, it looked nothing like what I had asked for. The attendant said I had requested a heart shape instead, which was not the case.
