Whataburger - Edinburg

Terrible experience. I placed a mobile order and they still misunderstood it. I added a chicken sandwich, it was cold, and they for the first time forgot. The driving person rushed me, although nobody was in the line. Don't go here. Food: 2/5

I had to wait near 40 minutes to get my food and I just waited all the time to get a broken burger. terrible service. Anyway, but sometimes there is a game food: 2/5

They take forever to bring your food, even if there are no cars. It took 12 minutes for my burger and then they gave it to me cold. I couldn't even eat the Pommes because they had been getting spikes because they've always brought out my food.Food: 5/5

I expected good food for the long wait, but it was all cold and soggy. Food: 1/5

Great customer service, very very clean, from the restrooms to the beverage station. Noticed manager cleaning around and not just standing around which speaks highly about this location. Keep up the great work team!
