Church's Chicken - Edinburg

I really enjoy this restaurant. However, I was not impressed with the chicken dish I ordered. The quality has noticeably gone downhill. The flavor was lacking, and the chicken pieces were small and mostly batter. Additionally, the prices seem to have increased. I was disappointed with my experience.

The chef was seen using their personal phone while preparing food, with one hand on the phone and the other handling the food. The staff informed a customer ahead of us that the dishes were made with sharp chicken. When we inquired about hot deals, we were told they were out of them, possibly due to being busy on their phones. This incident occurred on December 30th, 2022 at 6:24 pm, and should be reviewed by management.

We paid $40 for four orders. The chicken seemed to be cooked or fried. The taste was bland. I would not recommend this place. Rating: 1/5 for the food.

In any case, do not recommend, regardless if this is normal to find in your chicken, this is rough!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This lady truly must hate her job and everyone around her. She was completely rude about any question I had regarding the order. She gave me attitude from taking me order all the way to handing me my food and receipt. Never coming to this location again.
