Starbucks Coffee - Easton

I give mad props to the workers at this Starbucks (honestly any Starbucks or coffee shop). This place is almost always busy because of the convenient location but the workers are always so sweet and work very hard. I’ve seen a lot of customers yell at the workers and it’s very frustrating. I think y’all are doing a wonderful job especially during these hard times. If you’re one of the people yelling at them, how about you go fill out a job application, huh?

This particular Starbucks deserves special recognition for their consistent hard work! Every employee is friendly and always strives to keep customers happy. I’m always greeted with a smile, even during busy times. It’s important to remember that this Starbucks is extremely busy, and the staff handles it like pros. However, you may need to exercise a little patience when things get really hectic. This doesn’t reflect poorly on the employees; they juggle numerous orders at once and genuinely do their best to fulfill each one correctly. I witness their dedication daily, often in the face of unkindness and a lack of appreciation. It's essential to remember that orders are processed in the order they're received, and nobody is trying to make you wait longer. If you feel the need to inquire about your order, please do so kindly—it’s not difficult to be polite. Given how busy this location gets, I believe they exceed expectations, and I commend them for their hard work and patience! My best piece of advice is to order a few minutes earlier, keeping in mind the crowds. This is undoubtedly a five-star Starbucks, which is why I keep coming back. Thank you for consistently making my macchiato just right!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was spotless. They worked efficiently to serve many customers while preparing delicious beverages. I recently saw a negative review mentioning that they only bake one sandwich at a time. However, it's understandable, given that each sandwich and pastry varies greatly in size and ingredients. If you're visiting a coffee shop during a busy time, it's unreasonable to expect them to cook your breakfast sandwich along with a croissant. A little common sense goes a long way; remember, this isn’t a dedicated sandwich shop! They were quick, courteous, and even assisted me in selecting a new drink to try. What more could you want?

The café does have a few outdoor tables that seat 4 or 5 people, but there is no drive-thru option available. They do have restrooms, and during my last visit, the area was open, which leads me to believe that the restrooms are accessible to the public again after previously being closed due to the pandemic. I highly recommend Starbucks!
