Gaglione's Cucina Italiana - Easton

We had a great time. The food and service were great. I can honestly say they served us one of the best caprese salads I've had in a long time. Both of our entrees were fantastic as well. The Fettuccine Alfredo was great. The deserts we were told are made in-house. I can say if they were or were not but regardless they were quite good and I'm picky about deserts. Our server was friendly, attentive and genuine. She clearly knew the menu when I asked for recommendations. She also had the specials, its ingredients and deserts memorized. The only minor downer is they have no liquor license. They are a BYOB restaurant. We had unsweetened tea and still had a good time. We will be returning to try more of the menu.

Twelve of us went here on New Year's Eve and all of us definitely enjoyed the delicious food, great service and friendliness. Our meals ranged from spaghetti and meatballs to steaks and the house special which was only $22.00. It was nice that it was also BYOB. The atmosphere was festive and cozy. We certainly will be going back to this restaurant. Just a side note that we couldn't help but notice that they are thorough in wiping down the tables whereas some restaurants we've been too (especially chain restaurants) are more lax about table cleanliness.

We were pleasantly surprised of the excellent food served here. Being of Italian decent and raised on such great food, nothing but excellent quality of the food was expected and it met those expectations. The veal was top notch as described and the gravy was very close to that made at home. We will definitely return and will tell our family and friends of the experience we had.

We just had a party for my daughter’s baptism. We had 35 adults and 12 kids. The food and service was very good. This is a small family owned restaurant. I recommend for dinner and parties. BYOB!

This is probably our sixth visit and we were never disappointed! Their red sauce is the best and the service is wonderful. It is BYOB and they are so nice to bring us glasses and a ice bucket for the wine. This is our new favorite restaurant!
