The Tearoom - East Lothian

I stopped in for coffee and tea cake while shopping at Asda. It's a lovely little tearoom with excellent, friendly service. The prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend it if you're in the Tranent area.

Nice wee cafe situated in Asda ..I have only ever used it for breakfast when meeting people or when the wife shops in Asda ,as this is based inside the store . It is also opposite the primary school and gets used quite a lot after child drop off

You must give this a visit ,the food is great and freshly cooked their soup is to die for. Well worth a visit and the staff are very friendly

I have used this cafe on numerous occasions to meet friends for lunch and find the menu very good and varied, good size portions and the soup of the day is always delicious. One of my friends is vegetarian and always finds something to suit her. The staff are always very pleasant and hard working. It is also very good at night time as well. Not expensive and local.
