Gilley's Choctaw Casino Resort - Durant

We had a group of nine and sat immediately what was the best part of the experience. We waited 10-15 minutes for anyone who wants to order our drinks, then another 10 or so that the drinks arrive. Then another 10 for someone who ordered food. I got the land fried steak and it was the worst I ever had; the meat was hard and clear was not delicate, the Gravy was a paste of any kind and I don't think any part of the steak has ever been within 15 feet of salt or any other spice. All together it was a two-hour order that was even too long for a party of nine an hour.

Probably the worst Chicken Fried steak... very close to Grandy's value meal. My wife's fried fish was rubbery. The water was nasty.. not much more to say about this famous place.

Wow, I want to recognize Kristie B. for busting her a and making everyone happy. Watching her work was amazing she really good with customer service and consistent communication to all patrons, you can see by the way she works that she loves her job. She definitely had more tables then she should have and a full bar on top of it. Myself working in the service industry for 15 years, I understand and appreciate her struggle, hustle and effort. I've been a manager for 13 years and rarely see such work ethic. This place is so lucky to have her!

“Harlana” was rude. It was before 9pm and they didn’t allow a table if 12 to come into the restaurant. If you’re allowing 18 and up into the casino then allow 18 and up into the restaurants!!! And the food isn’t great. Go to The League for more fun and tasty. And Halana…not that great at all.

Absolute must have on your visit!!! Kristie B. was an amazing bartender, her ability to multitask is something to be recognized. Her clear communication and happy demeanor was highly appreciated. She had a full bar and ten tables to serve. Way too much on her plate But managed well. We had blackened catfish and ribeye. The ribeye I ordered rare which came well done and the catfish was too seasoned but overall very good. Kristie's service was what will bring us back.
