Main Street Bbq - Durant

We arrived around 1:00 on a Sunday and found out that the special and 2 other items were already sold out. There were only about 3 clean table tops in the restaurant. 2 very young servers were quite busy trying to take and fulfill orders PLUS bus thetables. The front door sticks so badly that several customers couldn't even open it to leave and some needed actual assistanceto get it open, which is never a customer friendly experience whether coming or going. If the owners would hire a person to fixthe door, and someone else to bus tables, and the cook prepares more of the daily specials , this place would be very charmingand I would visit again.

Only with luck was in durant on 30th year. wife wanted bbq. we had so much luck landing here. everything was perfect. had this young waitress who was just above the top. she thought her face would crack, she smiled so big. main street bbq made it an unforgettable annual dinner. eating was great, we shared the monster plate for $45, every penny worth.

We were out and stopped for lunch. they had the best I had for a long time. our server was very nice and recommended the spicy green beans that were so good! it is a very nice place and we were served quickly.

Good small town diner vibes, friendly service, good BBQ. Spicy BBQ sauce was on point. Brisket was a little dry but still cleared my plate. Definitely recommend if you like southern BBQ

Impressive modern choices with delicious smoked meats! We had the Ultimate Pork Nachos for an appetizer and it could have been a meal by itself. The waffle fries were freshly homemade and topped with pinto beans, queso cheese, generous serving of pulled pork, and sour cream. Then I had the This Little Piggy Sausage platter with pineapple, jalapeno cheddar, hot link, and classic sausages! All the sausages were delicious but the highlight was the pineapple which had so much flavor! My wife had the Brisket Mac and Cheese. She enjoyed that greatly! My mom had the Barbeque plate with sliced beef. The variety and flavor combos of this plate including squash, zucchini, cauliflower, and pinto beans were incredible! Looking forward to coming back to Durant to try more wonderful food!
