Firehouse Subs W. Main St. - Durant

This Firehouse location never disappoints - the crew is friendly, fast and efficient. The take-out service is always ready for the quoted time and everything is in the bag!

I think they were very busy. We arrived after the rush. They seemed somewhat unorganized. They took my order and gave it to my employee. When we saw that it was mine, the employee went back a few times. I think they gave me my staff's food to another table. They came back about 10 minutes later with the right order for my employee. The food was very good.

I?ll start with the good. I always get the hook and ladder with no mustard. I love the sandwich! However, every single time I go in there, I might get a greeting from the staff. It?s usually a glare, like I?m wasting their time. Two visits ago, the meathead behind the counter seemed frustrated they were so busy (it was a Saturday . He literally looked up and told one of the crew that ?if they want their food they can f?n wait?. Super unprofessional every time I see him working. I get it, but EVERYONE is short staffed. I also always ask for an extra pickle spear (they?re so good! , and I never get it. Not a big deal, but idk, read the ticket? Prolly won?t be back until the customer service improves.
