Bob's Family - Durant

This was a really nice little diner type room. My children ate the buffet and they really enjoyed the food. My wife ordered a middle steak. That was over cooked, but still really good and juicy! I ordered everything you can eat. It was so salty that I couldn't eat it except drowned in Ranch. But the service was really great and friendly and we did not express our concerns. We'll be back.

Great food and a great environment, you will definitely get more than what you pay. I would go to Bob's about IHOP 10 out of 10 times!!! Great customer service, we even called for breakfast and they waited a whole hour of past breakfast to serve me and my wife.

If you are looking to get the local gossip, this place is for you. If you just like good old fashion diner food then this is also the place for you. If they're busy, they mean it when they say they make it an order. Some of the things I heard were quite incredible and they came through. Of course you can't talk about Bobs without mentioning the daily lunch buffet. It's a lot. Support a nice local business and tap the waiting staff. Bad things work very hard and most customers I have seen do not compensate them properly for their performance.

Good food big portions. Not much to see from outside, and the interior is typical of the street diver. The food was delicious. Thick cut ham, which caramelizes on the flat top and still tenders fork. Sweet and hearty pancakes. Thin sausages, crisp bacon biscuits and gravy typical. The omelet was fluffy and the vegetables crisp. I wish the coffee was better. But for 10:30 a fresh pot needed.

Been there once friendly service fast cooks. The bacon cheese omelette hash browns biscuits and gravy was amazing.
