Hukad Robinsons Place Dumaguete

One of the few good finds in duma. Good filipino food, cooked upon order and always served hot. Portions are a bit smaller but still it's good food.

I had great experience at this place! Staff are very friendly, accommodating and fast. Pristine place, toilets are clean also perfect location. Foods are scrumptious! I would say that Hukad is one of my favourite Filipino restaurants.

I find in general the restaurants in Robinson mall are fairly mediocre. It's convenient to have a meal while shopping but I've yet to come away feeling satisfied that the dining experience was worth the money. Hukad is nicely appointed, clean and offers decent ambience. The food that I've tried is nothing to get excited about. It's OK but not close to being great. The service is also hit or miss. I understand when a restaurant is very busy that expectations need to align to reality but it appears some members of the abundant staff at this location need to develop more sense of urgency.

The place is clean and very cool. The crew are friendly and accommodating. However, the food took a really long time to be served. Now I couldn't tell if the food was actually delicious or I was just hallucinating due to hunger!

High quality Filipino food. Sometimes it can get full right away because it's a good place for family lunches or dinners. I recently tried their Fried Tuna Fingers and I think it was excellent. They used to have Tofu Sisig which was my favorite item they had but they stopped serving it which made me really sad. Great service and nice ambiance.
