2 Story Kitchen - Dumaguete

I wish I could give this restaurant a 0 but unfortunately nothing is lower than a 1 star for reviews. First of all, it’s not worth to get one of the pan fried steaks/chickens they have on their menu up above. The price does not match the portion size, not to mention they even forgot the vegetable sides. I had to ask them to actually COMPLETE my order. It’s better for you to order the kimbaps or the noodles. Even the Bibimbap was twice the size! Second, my friends and I paid for our individual meals, we paid in cash, and it was all complete, so the total change back that should have been given would be exactly 200. The only thing in coins was worth 35 pesos, but like I said, we got that covered. They came back, and said “sobra,” are you kidding? How are you gonna run a business and not know how to count money? I would have understood if it was a busy day, but it wasn’t. 30% of the place was filled, and they don’t have the time to count bills? My friends and I can see the staff lounging and talking to each other. Third, not to mention our waiter when we asked him questions about the menu, didn’t even know what to say about it. Please, choose a different Korean restaurant. This place is BS. Please look at the picture down below, that’s supposed to be worth the price? Yet the rest of what we ordered were double the portion for less. The size is smaller than a face mask. I wish I didn’t take a picture close up, so you could actually see how disappointed I was, when the picture they have on their menu is nothing like the one you get in real life.

It was a full tummy experience. We order bulgogi (it's kinda sweet, I was hoping its spicy) and fries, we actually had a hard time finishing our food because before coming to 2 story kitchen we ate siomai and other street food already.

Their pork was well marinated, soft. our fave samgyupsal in the city. just 499. unli rice and pork. but iced tea is priced differently. they dont serve cheese too along with the pork unlike other samgyup in manila. but overall i like the ambiance. nice place. courteous attendants but then i realized they only serve one kind of pork. we are used to at least 4 choices of pork and 4 choices of beef at the same price. i liked their side dishes, though. i hope they improve their menu for better chances of more hungry clients. they serve the beef with different price tag. not unlimited.

Food was ok and ame out quickly. I was surprised that they have no spicy hot sauce at all at a Korean restaurant. They have 2 spicy noodle dishes but they cannot put any spice in anything else. Other than that, the burger was ok, no cheese and a very messy sauce. Tasted good tho. Food was 6/10. Service was 8/10.

A good all around korean barbecue. I think for the price well worth it. We paid 499p all you can eat for each adult. The only thing is the place is not welcoming towards family. They do not have pricing for children. The children place in christ as an adult. Which is not fair because children is very little. So i am sure if the term for many families... For this reason we don't go there very often.
