Bidra med feedbackWe had a good breakfast here. The food was awesome. I could say cheap but wonderful. We ordered beefsteak, humba, porkchops and velvet cake and halohalo. Try having breakfast here you will like it.
I was delighted to discover this restaurant located right on the waterfront. They offer fresh sliced fruit, carrot juice, and a variety of healthy options. I specifically requested no MSG in my meal, and they were happy to accommodate. The prices were very reasonable, making the experience even better. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with this find.
For me, the Halo-Halo with ube ice cream is the best in Dumaguete and my personal farovite! We love to come to Filomena also for the delicious shakes, the burger and the siopao. Hopefully the Filomena will remain the way it is. A nice mix of locals and foreigners enjoying the Filipino cuisine. A nicely cooled room with very friendly service, free cold water, cheap prices and a nice view over the Dumaguete boulevard.
I enjoy having fresh fruit salad for breakfast, and the only place in Dumaguete City that I know of that serves it is Cafe Filomena. I love being able to eat my salad while taking in the view of the sea.
This restaurant has a diverse menu that eliminates the need to venture into downtown for a meal. The dishes are also incredibly tasty and they offer complimentary wifi for customers.
