The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The menu is clearly labeled, and the staff can indicate which items can be adjusted. However, the staff mentioned that there is potential for fryer cross-contamination. Unfortunately, the chips are cooked in a shared fryer, but they do offer substitutions, and the potatoes are excellent. The burger is one of the best I've had, surpassing any I've tried in the U.S.

I arrived feeling exhausted and hungry, and the waiter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. After I placed my order, he returned to let me know that the chef advised it wasn't suitable for someone with celiac disease, so we adjusted the order to meet my dietary needs. I appreciated their willingness to address this issue. The food was delicious and complemented the attentive service perfectly.

The burger is among the best we've ever had in the country, far surpassing anything in the US.
