Very lovingly furnished restaurant with outdoor restaurants and magnificent views of the Rothenburg Gate in Dinkelsbühl, which is illuminated at night. Here the owner cooks personally and this with much love and the best ingredients. The portions are large food 1ATop with star The owner knows his guests and if not like me, then you will also be welcomed as a new guest. Included: beautiful restaurant in the most beautiful location with fantastic cuisine and at a really fair price! I found the different varieties of his regional lemonade varieties of Nördlingen as fantastic as I arrived from far away and had to return. Thanks to the complete team, Zur Schleuse, for the wonderful evening, the superlative food with equally great service. I'll be back to the castle.

We were in the beer garden yesterday. Great ambiance. Supernett. and the food excellent! Eight recommended. We're coming back.
