Driftwood Grill - Detroit

Came here with my friends on our vacation to Detroit lake during the summer and not only was the food sub par but also our server was wayyyy to friendly sat at the same table to take our order and was totally creepin on the homies. The Philly cheesesteak and pulled pork sucked.

Food was great! The works pizza was a pleasant surprise and the fries are bomb. Owner and staff are friendly.

We stopped by here for some dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They had a nice outdoor seating area that we enjoyed. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and tater tots, which were both AWESOME! The pizza is from a wood fired oven, so it was toasted in all the right places. Definitely recommend this as a lunch or dinner stop!

I gave this Driftwood grill the four-star rating, not for the hamburger and fries which was (honestly) just average. But I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and I love the general vibe of the place. If you sit outdoors you have three or four different games you can play with your friends and family, the atmosphere is great, and the restrooms and restaurant are clean.I haven't tried the pizzas they looked amazing as I watch them come out of the oven today, but I did enjoy myself here. Driftwood grill is connected to the lodge or directly in front of it. I'll definitely come back and track the pizzas.

Absolutely great pizza makes it worth the somewhat high price. I also had a tasty local beer while our car charged at the nearby Tesla chargers. Staff was very nice also, though a little stressed due to lack of workers.
