Connors Bbq - Detroit

Stopped by on the way up north towards Bend on what seemed to be a slow day but was surprised by the quality of the ribs! The bbq sauce was tangy and punchy just how I like it! Would definitely recommend for anytime of the day! (Fries were really good too)

We were on our way home from camping and decided to stop for some lunch. We came across Connor's BBQ and decided to give it a try. The barbecue sandwiches were messy but had great flavor with just a hint of smokey flavor. The beans were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The fries were crispy with a potatoey middle!

I was excited to try this as I pass it twice a week but do yourself a favor and go anywhere else since they are a bbq stand thought it would have good smoked meat choices were hamburger. Turkey or ham sandwich I goy the ham and that was not smoked by them cheap gristle ham. And the Mac salad came right of of the ressers bucket. And charged me 15 bucks won't go back

This is a must while visiting Detroit or passing through! The food is amazing, the portions are generous, the people are wonderful and the atmosphere is small town fabulous. Stop in for a great meal in great company- you will be glad you did!

It's gone. Burned down last fall when the fires came through. Along with many other businesses and homes. Hope they come back.
