Bidra med feedbackInspired by the evaluation of my esteemed colleague Hubert, we visited the Mozartstuben in Denkdorf today. The hotel is very conveniently located near the highway exit Denkdorf. From the outside it looks well maintained and welcoming. A sufficiently large parking space is directly in front. The entrance should be slow as there is a deep earth wave. At the entrance turn right at the building and come directly into the lobby. This time it smells easy in the entrance of the kitchen that drives our hunger even more. The ambience is very harmonious and looks noble. Blue-Must carpet, wood appliqués on the ceiling edges, columns and window benches, artistically equipped arm curtains, pretty furniture and lamps. On the tables are clean fabric tablecloths and medium blankets. On the wall at the door to the side room is a juice machine, probably a concession for use as a breakfast room. The greeting of the young waiter was very friendly and he offered us some tables to choose from. The menu was very clear and consisted of a single sheet placed in a small folder. The selection included everything from soups, appetizers, meat and fish dishes, vegetarian dishes to desserts. The Tyrolean Val Gardena (12.50 Euro) were a decent portion, which was served in a nice pan. Unlike the original recipe, they were prepared with pork skeletons instead of beef, which however did not break taste and quality. In addition to roast potatoes, there were also bacon and onions on which there were two mirror eggs. The added salad was freshly prepared and consisted predominantly of Lollo Rosso and Bionda and some tomato quarters. Pretty decorated with soy sprouts, the dressing was made with a light mayonnaise. Also the basil spatgel omelet (11.50 Euro) tasted excellent. The little basil was stirred in the Omelette-Teig, which gave it not only a greenish color but also the typical taste. The Omelet was filled with asparagus pieces that seemed not cooked, but fried in the pan. Good bite strength and very aromatic in taste. The dish was decorated with fresh well. The steam potatoes were excellent, slightly mild and also aromatic. Although the young cellar seemed slightly insecure, he made his thing pretty good. He learned the menu well and was helpful in choosing the dishes. Only when choosing a light red wine he got something into the stumbling. For this he was always at the place where he was needed and asked himself kindly and asked if we were satisfied or had wishes. Conclusion: Beautiful small hotel and restaurant with excellent food and good service, the prices are fine. A visit is recommended.
The Mozartstuben are located directly opposite the highway exit Denkdorf an A 9. We're hungry, but the service and the kitchen are perfectly prepared. The drinks come fast and the food doesn't wait long. We like the potato sticks in a spicy terinne. The sections are well dimensioned, a dessert no longer fits into our great regrets. The drinks are well maintained and for 0.25 l from the süffigen Merlot at € 3.50 the wine also remains inexpensive, the cyclist with € 2.50 for 0.4l also. If we're hungry or not, we'll be back. The negative point: in the entrance it smells like the hygiene stones on the toilet.
