The Groove Train - Cranbourne

Great food and wonderful service by the young staff! This is a very busy but friendly place food came out fast even though the restaurant was packed. Will definitely be back!

The food is good and coffee is usually ok, depending on who makes it, last couple have been too milky, I do have to say the service is really bad at times and the table service isn't that good, if they improved on waiting staff it could be an amazing expirience

The Mrs got the Calamari and it was chewy and rubbery. We were pretty much the only ones there and there was plenty of staff that were more interested in each other then creating a good experience for their guests. I mean we were sat right next to about 20 bottles of water, which should be taken to a table regardless if asked for or not but no one had the drive/common sense to do so. I am tipping that this business wont be around for very long cause they treat it like a hang out instead of what it is a BUSINESS. We were really hoping for something special that we could go to regularly but were sadly disappointed.

The service was great and the place just opened too, so it's all fresh and clean! My friend and I ordered the Chicken Parma and it was delicious! Really decent sized chips too. Google maps kindly took me in the wrong direction for ages and I rocked up for my reservation 30 minutes late and the hostess was so lovely and kind and understanding and she seated us straight way. To (unintentionally) add insult to injury, we were also the last to leave and the wait staff were so polite and didn't try to usher us out before we were ready. So professional! The restaurant is directly on top of an underground car park so parking is convenient and plentiful! From personal experience and from what I've heard from friends, The Groove Train has a pretty good name for itself and this restaurant is definitely part of that good name.

The Groove Train always has me and my dad enjoying the Chicken Parma. The atmosphere here is as excellent as the meals, which never disappoint!
