It's the 3rd. Time i placed an online order on mcgalliard and everytime made my order 2 hours before my pick-up. They never answer phone. Bad business i will never order again from subway. Must be why so many subway's ran by Estep is going out of business. They need to realize how to run a restaurant and treat employees. I've ran restaurants for over 20 years and they don't get it
I visit your various Subway locations regularly. The State Street location is definitely the best. I traditionally am there during the lunch time drive thru crowd. Your employees are exceptional and the food is always delicious. I appreciate the politeness of your staff and how they always are concerned about the customer and making sure the order is prepared to the customer's request.I also visit the location on 46W. Unfortunately, I would only rate them with 2 stars. It is not uncommon for the employees to be doing other things rather than waiting on customers or doing activities related to the store. (filling stock, wiping tables or preparing items for the sandwich bar). It doesn't matter if I am going through the drive thru or standing at the counter, they display the same habits.
Went to get a job there, got two people to confirm that I had a job, half way through computer paperwork to get the job, they locked me out of the site and when I asked why I couldn't complete the online paperwork I got told a lie and said I couldn't be hired. No explanation and both people I spoke with blamed the other on why I couldn't work there. Neither gave me a straight answer and I asked a couple times what was going on when I was already offered the job and a clean background came back with my resume and they avoided me. Rude people, lied to me, told me I had a job but straight up lied and wouldn't give me an answer as to why I couldn't work. They're still hiring for the position I applied for... No wonder they can't find anyone if that's how they treat everyone. I wouldn't give them any stars of I could
Coming from the position of a catering coordinator it is a genuinely wonderful place to work. The different styles of management can lead to opinions wherever you may be whether it is one of their stores or even if you are at the home office with us. Everyone in the office is a delight, the store and district managers are always understanding and easy to work with, and the Esteps are a wonderful group of people. Even if you don't interact with them on a daily basis it's not uncommon for them to recognize you and check in on you when they aren't running around at a million miles an hour doing what they can. As we've had to downsize due to the pandemic and other things shifting in the industry it's opened some doors that made me aware of things I either took for granted or had no idea about when working previously.
