Be forthcoming about your menu so the customer can make a different choice if an item is not available as indicated on the menu. Don’t serve something different...

Fantastic time for Christmas Eve Dinner. Nice modern ambiance, friendly staff, and delicious food. You also can’t beat the view of the Rocky Mountains.

The Brussels Sprouts we’re delicious! Our server was pleasant and attentive. I tried the Peach Cider, very tasty.

Service was slow and unfriendly. Appetizers were good however, entree’s were cold, over cooked, and clearly sitting too long before they came to the table.
