Pho-nomenal - Colorado Springs

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed my meals there. However, I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness during my last three visits. The bathroom was filthy, the floors were not well-maintained, and on two separate occasions, I found dirt on my glass and silverware. Additionally, I discovered black residue in my ice. Unfortunately, I believe it is time for me to start looking for a new pho restaurant.

My entire takeout order was completely wrong. Even the most basic items were incorrect, with no substitutions or extras available. It was a complete disaster.

I really enjoy the tofu noodle bowl and BBQ pork at this restaurant. The boba smoothies are also delicious!

Wow, Pho-nomenal is right!I've been going to various Pho places all over the south for more than 20 years, and I have to say that this restaurant resets the bar for good food. More importantly, however, it sets the standard for value very high.My son and I both ordered spring rolls and a medium bowl of pho. We both over-prdered. The spring rolls were 50% larger (easily) than what we are accustomed to getting. The pho was massive as well.My wife ordered the grilled pork vermicelli bowl and fried rolls... same story! The grilled pork was perfect and had probably the best application of sauce (post grilling) that I have ever had. The fried rolls were massive, and you can see in the photo that they are generously packed with meat.My ONLY knock is that (for my taste) the beef broth for the pho was a little weak compared to what I'm used to. The color in the photo was from Hoisen and Sriracha. The flavor was still there, and it hit all the notes, but it is a very subtle broth.All of that being said, if I go nowhere else for Pho in the Springs, I will be just fine.Great visit, looking forward to going again.

Outstanding pho at a great price, served by wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I really look forward to coming back to this place often. Absolutely worth a visit.
