Bidra med feedbackThe cashier over the intercom outside was being unservicing. When I pulled up no one ever said anything and when I asked was anyone there he said order even I’m ready. I told him I didn’t know anyone was there then I was rushed to order. Then when I tried to order he told me one moment. I drove off. I refuse for bad service today.
3 for 3 this year on getting order wrong. Also, this is an apple.
You won’t ever find me complaining abt a food industry , especially this one. I’m a regular customer , and I come in so much that most of the time I don’t even have to tell them my order , they’ll see my face and start making my order. I went in on 04/08 and ordered just a smoothie. I was the first customer in and waited 30 minutes… for a smoothie , meanwhile 5 other people got their order before mine. Morning staff needs work
Service was terrible a Girl name Jabilyn took my order! Rushed me thru the order forgot a couple of things that I ordered. An I’m not even mad she may have missed something on my order her attitude was definitely unpleasant. Last couple of times me my wife have been there the Customer Service has been awful.
10 /6/23Ordered a Bliley Limey added 2 whey protien and peanut butter asked cashier to catch the excess , she said ok . When the person made it she was about to dump out the excess and I reiterated catch the excess , she said we dont do that any more . I had $3 of excess added to a $7 smoothie that 1/2 was thrown down the drain if there was a price of the cup they should have said there will be a charge for an extra cup and I'd be fine with that . No they there 1/2 of the extra I paid for out ! Dont worry about me coming back !Thanks for THROWING out another customer !Corbit Belflower10/9/23So today a generic review because you didn't get 5 stars ...... that says alot .
