Great quality but please hire more help, the one person they have on a shift deserves to not have to be struggling to keep up

I don’t really know who hired this main front lady but she is really slow and you feel quite ignored. They are never prepped and last time she talked on her watch and phone while fixing my order. I gave her two chances but now I’m posting this.

They need to learn to read everytime we go there they mess something up and when we ask for extras like Tomatoes they never give extras. The food is good but the service not so
