Let?s start with the very small amount of baked mac cheese that cost $4. It was horrible. The beef patty was burnt to hell. The coco bread could brake a window. The stew chicken was good with the rice. The curry goat was good but the basmati rice was off.

Happened to be in the area of West Capitol Park, on foot, and got hungry. Just happened to see this restaurant was open (a lot is closed on the weekend near the capital) and had a lunch special advertised in the window.I went inside and was warmly welcomed and I ordered the Curry Chicken lunch special which was just under ten dollars and got me a GENEROUS helping of hot and flavorful rice, curry, mixed vegetables, and several big pieces of chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked and ready to fall off the bone, perfectly saturated with spicy flavorful curry and rice. The cabbage went perfectly with the rest and complimented the meal flawlessly.This restaurant is an absolute diamond in the rough and the meal simply made my day.I am coming back again and bringing my financeé and can’t wait to try the whole menu!

Door dashed jerk chicken I was the one that got jerked chicken was dry, rice tasted funny, ate a couple of bites thrw it out and went to bed

The atmosphere had a lot to be desired but the food was great. The Mac and cheese was outstanding. Love the cabbage , curry chicken and the fried chicken wings were excellent.

The restaurant is good if you order early. If you order later at night the quality of the food is terrible and when they don't have what you ordered they don't call they just send your order out without it.
