Hard Rock Cafe - City of Niagara Falls

The Hard Rock is an experience no matter the location. And I've been to very many across the world. However, this restaurant was by far the worst dining experience. The staff were polite, quick, and helpful. The food particularly, the wings. Ultimate burger and nachos. These should be removed from the menu until a cook learns the proper techniques for preparation. The food we received tasted old, like it wad prepare the day prior.

Discovery of this hard rock café! We are on our 35th hard rock café! There are great ones, good ones, less good ones and lousy ones! This one is great. The staff is excellent, very friendly, very helpful. We had a great time! We recommend it!

I came in with my son and mother. My mom and I got burgers which were very good. My son ordered the Twisted mac, chicken, and cheese. The mac and cheese was very bland and had hardly any cheese. We spoke to the manager she basically forced my son to pick something else off the menu which he really didn't want anything else. They took the mac and cheese off our bill but then charged us for the replacement meal. Very disappointed in the customer service. The waiter was great just not impressed by the manager.

Very good place to eat. Lots of historic musical and rock memorabilia.

Other than lack of parking, zero complaints. Staff was awesome. Parking: It is Niagara Falls, so you expect to be busy. No HRC dedicated parking lot.
