A decent place, it was busy so many liked it. This place has a lot of alternative meats and a good variety for everyone. Parking: Plan on walking

Salmon burger is a bland and unappetizing patty and not actual salmon, was very disappointing. The mussels were not great. Fries were soggy and cold. All food I ordered was inedible, and the burger that I did eat had my stomach in knots for a few days, to be honest I shoulda known better but I was hungry. Based on the reviews I expected better, but my experience was horrible, server didn’t seem to care much, almost like she knew something was wrong, and when the plates went back full didn’t ask if she could do anything or if we had any concerns. Drinks suck. Food is overpriced, if it was even remotely edible it would be understandable. Atmosphere is nice.

The staff is amazing. The food is amazing. I had a chicken with risotto and broccolini that was an outstanding dish. The muscles were phenomenal and it was a great atmosphere with a great staff.

We had a lovely meal at the Hollow during a weekend stay in downtown Albany. Highly recommend if in the area. Everyone enjoyed their meals (I had one of the best burgers I've ever had), and the cocktails were delicious too!

Excellent place to eat! I come every time i visit my family in the capital region!
