Menus Upstate - City of Albany

Really polite and friendly staff, clean place, easy checkin/checkout. One minor complaint breakfast was a little lame (just bagels, toast, tea, coffee). Remember to ask for the wifi at the front desk

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was bagels, toast, coffee and OJ. Next to a really good restaurant called Across The Street Pub. Quiet even with being next to the pub. Shower was big and plenty of hot water. We were in room 137. Extra outside door security was good. Needed key card to get in. My only complaint would be the heater/AC unit in our room was loud. I think it was a good value for the price we paid.

It smells badly throughout the hotel .the hotel building is old and there was smell of either pesticides or garbage. I reported to the manager who shifted me to the extension area but while walking in the hallway it smelled bad

Bhavik was an absolute gentleman. Gave me an excellent room, and fixed my microwave immediately when I reported an issue. Great guy.

Outstanding accommodations and service all around! Will stay here again and recommend to other parents if their child attends SUNY ALBANY! Quick breaks for on the go was very helpful. The price was perfect with all of the othee expenses of sending your child to college
