Mcdonald's - Chattanooga

I was I the line too long then when I was trying to order I told the girl on the intercom to hold on she stopped responding when I was ready. I asked was the icy machine working she replied no. It's never working. I was at the intercom for at least 3 min without a response before I drove off.Food: 3/5

The employees were outside for atleast 10 minutes they finally took an order for the people infront of us for a sprit. Then we sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and our order never was taken. I called to make sure they were working the girl that answered said they were. After sitting there another 5 minutes I walk up to the locked door and they're all just talking to a guy standing there as if he was just visiting. After a few more minutes we finally left and went to sonic which we were there for less than 5 minutes and had our food.

The food is good but they are kinda rude if you wanna order inside the McDonalds ive had them turn me down and tell me i had to go threw even tho the dining room open sign was upParking: There is plenty of parking

This place is always rude no matter what time you go. They always have huge lines becouse the purposely go slow becouse they don’t care about their customers! And also don’t bother going after 10pm becouse they will lie about not being able to make food or just refuse to serve you in general. It’s also very nasty on the out and inside! Something needs to be done with this place!

THIS MCDONALDS SUCKS!! WHEN SOMEONE PAYS FOR FOOD AND SHOWS YOU MULTIPLE PIECES OF PROOF SHOWING THAT YOU BOUGHT IT YOU SERVE THE FOOD!! NOTHING BUT LAZY WORKERS WITH BAD ATTITUDES AND A HORRIBLE MANAGER. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER SEEN AND THE WORST EMPLOYEES IVE EVER DELT WITH!! (TRASH)
