Jupiter's Downtown Meal: Dinner Check-in process: No wait Rating 5 Service: Excellent, fast, attentative. Waitress was top notch. Rating: 5 Ambience: The space is narrow and doesn't flow the best. Rating: 3.5 Dish: BBQ chicken pizza, Jalepeno,Pineapple split. Food Quality: 4.8 Plenty of flavor. Delicious. Cooked almost to perfection. Food Quantity: 5 Perfect Value: The quality validates the cost. Rating: 4.5 Overall Rating 4.6 This location's food and service is waybetter than village at the crossing....went to VAC last week. No plates given, disorganized, server terrible, food almost isntcomparable. I recommend this location over the other; which is unfortunate.

This is definitely the best pizza I've ever had—no doubt about it! If you're familiar with Monical's chain pizza, you know just how fantastic it can be. I give it a perfect 10. Trust me, you won’t regret it. And don't forget to try it with ranch dressing; it takes it to another level!

My family and I visited this restaurant one busy evening and ordered three pizzas. While we waited for our food, we played a game of pool. One of the pizzas arrived, and we mistakenly thought it was ours, so we started eating it. Meanwhile, the table next to us believed it was theirs and went to the manager to complain. The manager quickly approached us and yelled at our family for eating the wrong pizza, even though there was no clear system in place to indicate which pizza went to whom. It was a terrible way to handle a simple misunderstanding. I won’t be returning to this place.

I waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once we finally received our water, it took an eternity for the pizza to arrive, and when it did, the dough was still raw. When I asked to have it put back in the oven, the manager came out and shouted across the restaurant, accusing us of trying to get a free pizza.
