Centerbrook Pizza

I know this is tons of people in the areas favorite, I just don't see it. When you walk in your welcomed with no bathroom signs and almost the whole place blocked off, very unwelcoming. My chicken parm grinder, well it definitely wasn't a normal Italian cutlet. More like a semi thin chicken patty with no seasoning. The bread was mush. The fries were pretty good and the prices were decent. In response to the owner I took the picture in clear sight and did not hide behind the soda cooler. But yeah first impressions are everything. Walking into an establishment with cardboard pizza signs saying no bathrooms (x2) and having inventory sitting out on your tables is not a sight I want to see. Please share your story with all of us. Are your bathrooms broken? Do you need the number of a plumber? Seems like covid hit you and never left. Do you not have a stock room? Please share so everyone on Google can read. But honestly if I was you I would be more concerned what you call a chicken parm grinder. But it seems like you are more cornered about adding laughing faces to a customers review. Great business model, I'm sure that will go a long way for you.

If there was 5 star for take out Centerbrook Pizza wins the Michelin Star. The food is deliciously homemade from their pizza to their pasta and all the salads and grinders in between .The service is family based from Mike, the master in the kitchen to Anna , his wing woman, you both are best and go beyond for your customers ! ! Added shout to Norma , you are a great front person and you make super grill cheese.Want a great meal, go to Centerbrook !

We went here tonight to takeout food before the Essex train ride and had the most wonderful experience. My son has severe allergies and they were so patient with us as we asked about ingredients for multiple items and changed our order. They helped us find something he can be safely eat and even showed us ingredient labels to help check. The food was great, the owners were soooooo kind. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!!!! Dietary restrictions: They were so helpful in finding dairy free options! We had fries and a turkey wrap. Kid-friendliness: So kind and helpful to our kids
