Subway - Catonsville

The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and the restaurant is kept clean. There is complimentary parking available for customers.

There is an older lady working at this restaurant who was extremely argumentative and unprofessional. I forgot to ask for mayonnaise on my sandwich, but instead of just adding it, she refused and told me she wouldn't make the sandwich over. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, she made a big deal out of a small mistake and even tried to talk about me to another customer. This was unacceptable behavior and I had a very negative experience. I will not be returning to this Subway again.

I bought my son a sub after his game at Western and also the following week after his competition at Landsdowne.

The veggies looked soggy and bread was not fresh. This subway used to be my favorite, I don't know what happen to this place.

Had veggie patties and red hot relish. 2 people on the line and 1 behind the register, just how it should be.
