Excellent pizza, generous fresh toppings and thin enough base. Plenty of choice though no Napoli (anchovies, capers, olives). Also do chicken, salads. Small off licence with most of the usual choices. Good service, easy access.

Great pizza. Fast online ordering. Very safe pick up and pay. Choice of drinks to take away. Hopefully this quality service will continue after Covid.

You cannot make good pizza without using fresh ingredients, of which the most important is the dough. The new Bottle Bors Pizza and Off Licence seems to understand this right at the start and bring a good quality pizza to Carrick On Suir. Pizza places should keep the menu simple and get the details right to be successful and on first visit, I am optimistic that will continue to be the case for the smart repurposing of O'Ceallachain's pub. I hope it lasts long after the end of lockdown. I particularly hope and look forward to after lockdown being over, it will be possible to have a pint in Ceallachain's while having an Etna pizza in-house from around the corner, much as is a great treat in Monroe's in Galway.
