Bidra med feedbackWe went last night and were amazed by the variety of dishes and quality of ingredients. You must book a table as everything is prepared for you in advance (they decide what you will eat). All of the ingredients are grown on their farm or locally sourced. We had courgette fritters, bruscetta, grilled aubergine, fava bean puree, chilli peppers, beans with cous cous, salad and beetroot burgers. Every dish was delicious. It cost €44 each with a glass of wine which is a little more than I would usually pay but well worth it. You pay for what you eat so bear that in mind when they ask if you want to try any other dishes. The owners are lovely and had a nice chat with us. The restaurant is beautifully rustic, with lovely cats running around.
I was at this facility for work. I found it natural to use the sunset light to take some photos. After a while, a man approached that 0resumo was the owner or manager, and he intimated me with a buzzer of not photographing anything. I noticed I didn't know it was unwelcome otherwise I wouldn't have done it but I was treated very badly. I would never come back. I strongly disagree.
Seeing the site of the farm Bellolio I had the idea of a place where you could eat healthy, organic and choose vegan or vegetarian menu, however have the possibility to choose a menu. (We are vegetarians). In fact there was no great choice, there was not even a written menu but we were presented only the availability of a few dishes. It could be acceptable if we had been in a tavern with moderate prices, not in a place that presents itself with a higher level of culinary offerings. They brought us as an appetizer a fried of cabbages (out of season) and sage, all in all not bad, peppers in industrial sauce, very thick, fava and deflected storks, a piece of parmigiana just acceptable, also this probably thawed (the central nucleus was cold). First of the fresh pasta with pesto also this thaw, so much so that part was still very hard. We had the pride to move on by jumping the second and taking a sweet carrot and almonds. This brought him warm, certainly not done at the moment, even this thawed without waiting for it to cool. Immangiabile because it felt excessively the smell and taste of the egg. All watered with a Salice salentino good but very expensive.(15.00 euros) The times, to defrost everything, clearly long, although we were the only two people at dinner. Of all this, very high cost (40.00 per head), without receipt. The place is very nice but absolutely to avoid to eat
If you want to spend even only a w.end in complete serenity, I recommend this farm immersed in the green where you can breathe air of tranquility and carefreeness. The friendly and friendly staff accompanied our experience making it even more enjoyable, we particularly thank Bea and Pietro. Great food! We will definitely return in summer. Sunday lunch in the family, excellent food prepared with care without too many frills but honest, raw materials of the territory or even own in a room that defines intimate is little. Nice place, good food! The owners of a discreet but still careful courtesy.
