We are so impressed by Harry Nguyen and his team at the Carlsbad Shake Shack!! We had a large party order and Harry went above and beyond to make sure it went smoothly. He was always prompt in responding to my phone calls, emails, and texts regarding our large order. Harry went out of his way to accommodate all of our requests and our guests were highly impressed by all the Shake Shack food we served at the party. Harry even provided us with condiments and offered napkins, etc. Upon pickup, Harry and his team were more than willing to help us carry the food order and make sure we had everything. We will highly recommend Harry and the Carlsbad location for all our friends and our personal catering and dining needs.Kid-friendliness: We ordered a large catering order of chicken bites, fries and shack burgers. All the kids and parents loved it!!!

I heard about S.S and I'm glad they open up close to me. I tried smoke shaker burger. I love small spicy sauce. size of the burger is perfect for me. I sat outside the terrace and enjoy beautiful sun.

The burger was nothing special, size or taste wise. The chicken sandwich was good, as were the chicken pieces, the fries and shake. But I don’t think any of the food stands out.We sat in the outdoor space in the back. It was nice but very loud it’s very close to El Camino Real.They just opened, so maybe the burgers will improve. You order at a kiosk so not much interaction with the staff.We were there at 5 pm. By the time we left there was a line of 25 lined up out the door.
