Hacienda De Vega - Carlsbad

I love this place. came on Friday, played band and the mood was exactly what we were looking for. chips, salsa, margaritas, eating, personal, allesome.

Great place to eat, we went on the afternoon when we returned to minnesota. our server was great and what she ever recommended in food we tried and love eating. order of flights (local beer.) 7 out of 8 one was ipa and not ipa person. I think they also have live music in the evenings. surely it goes back and try the restaurant at some point in the evening. overall very good experience

I went for the maul sauce. a friend told me they had the best. the chicken Mol was great, but I have to go on before I explain the best. they have a decent selection of Mexican beers. the entrance can be hard to find even if they know it is there. I went into what's actually the back door. I'm glad I'll be back next time.

Excellent Mexican cuisine! authentic taste. good portion sizes, more on the expensive side. very good margaritas and cocktails! good service, although sometimes is kind of slow. they have really good shows (check calendars or call them ahead) with bands or musicians of different music types.

Delicious fish and shrimp tacos! Not too heavy and very flavourful. I thought the drinks were a bit on the pricey side my iced tea was $4. Recommended if you are in the area and crave Mexican food. They also have live music at night.
