Green Dragon Tavern Museum - Carlsbad

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! Every time we visit, the food keeps getting better and better, and I'm not sure how that's even possible. This place is definitely one of the top restaurants in Carlsbad if you enjoy amazing food. Even their Mac and cheese is amazing and can easily feed 2 or 3 kids, or 2 adults. I tried the beet salad and it was outstanding. If you're in Carlsbad, you must make a stop here. It's more than just a restaurant.

I really enjoyed the lobster roll and hangar steak at this restaurant. The bar and tavern area is a great spot for lunch. They are able to accommodate large groups and are willing to be flexible if you make reservations in advance.

So great, I highly recommend Green Dragon. Their new outdoor patio is fantastic. Took my wife there for our 30th wedding anniversary. Food is excellent, service great, environment great. You can not go wrong here.

I had the pleasure of watching skilled professionals in action, and they delivered flawlessly. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and will definitely return when I have the opportunity. The museum was impressive as well. I hope that once COVID is over, everyone can visit again, as I believe the place will be bustling with customers.
