Muffin Break - Carlisle

I saw a photo of this restaurant while in the parking lot and was impressed by the look of the food. Unfortunately, the service was rude and the prices were high for the low quality. The bacon roll I ordered seemed to have been cooked hours ago and was dry and tasteless. They also didn't serve hot muffins and the menu was handwritten. I paid almost 8 pounds for this disappointing meal and a cup of coffee. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

The staff at the branch are very helpful. Lead by Steve, Georgia, Shelly, ebony, Shannon and Laura make you feel well and like family. The atmosphere is very and friendly. I would recommend muffin break Carlisle to anyone travelling through this fair city

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for families. The service is always excellent, and they offer a wide variety of sweet and savory options to choose from.

Simply awful. Complete lack of customer care and attention to detail. If I had seen the amount of terrible reviews the company had received I would not have visited this cafe. If you like really watery hot chocolate this is the place for you , otherwise take my advice and spend your hard earned money elsewhere

I ordered a decaf flat white at this restaurant, but I suspect I was given regular coffee because I experienced palpitations and couldn't sleep the entire night due to being sensitive to caffeine. This experience has made me hesitant to order decaf in the future.
