Bidra med feedbackToday at McDonald’s on 41st a man working by the name of Andrew H would not give me my order so I could deliver it to my DoorDash costumer. As I was standing in line, he repeatedly told me that my DoorDash was a screenshot, even though I repetitively showed him my DoorDash account, and where it needed to be delivered to. I also gave him the last three digits of the DoorDash order as he asked, and I provided. He harassed me multiple times and kicked me out of the store when I was being very polite and showing him my DoorDash order. I had to pay for there food they provided because of this man. I am living on almost no money, and this has detrimentally affected me.
I don't understand why they print the orders before they have the food with whom they are competing with other stores in rapid ordering and the customers where they are where they will go with that bad service
If that was the new Big Mac then I'm not impressed. The meat was as thin as box cardboard. Maybe it is just this location but even the fries were bad. Limp, not very warm, and under cooked. The kiosk to order is also an example of poor user interface design.
Guilty pleasure once in a long while. McDonald's changed for the worse over the last couple years like so much else. Ordered the Double Big Mac and I must say it's wasn't half bad.This location gets busy, no drive through but it looked cleanish and the staff were niceish so the whole experience was Okayish.
Quick to get my food and the dining area is always clean.
