Wasabi Sushi - Capitola

Always fresh, huge portions, fast, delicious and conveniently the cheapest in the area! Always friendly when picking up too. Cant recommend them enough!!

The sunshine roll is life-changing. No rice, no Nori, just spicy crab wrapped in salmon with avocado and crunch on top. It is fantastic. Honestly, though, Ive never gotten anything from wasabi that hasnt been delicious.

The food was delicious, especially the golden tiger roll, but unfortunately the restaurant did not notify me when the items were ready. I ended up waiting almost an hour, causing all of the sushi to become cold. It was not a pleasant experience.

The rice had a stale flavor and the baked salmon had an odd smell and didn't taste fresh. My second visit was just as disappointing as the first, and I won't be returning again.

I’ve been on a mission to find the best sushi in Santa Cruz. This was my #1. Great prices, friendly staff, and the best fish quality in all of Santa Cruz county. This is a hidden gem, not a lot of people know about it. I will definitely return!! So good!
