Dirty place guy was cooking food with no gloves after he was handling money didn't even wash them.. then get mad because I ask him to put gloves on..when I received my order it wasn't completed either..this jack used to be great

Horrible customer service. There is male Hispanic who i assume is a Supervisor or Manager. He has the worst attitude, always angry, rushes everyone when they are ordering. I watched him fight with an older lady who came in to complain about the way shewas treated also. This guy has a zero customer service and you can tell that the employees there are afraid of him. Hopefullysomething is done about it. He is a horrible representation of your corporation. I was there 10/8/23 0930 hrs

My mother is staying in the hotel nearby. Two nights in a row, I had to eat at this Jack in the Box, and both nights the food was awful. The first night, I ordered a double bonus jack combo, but the burger was overcooked and mushy with no lettuce. Tonight, I got two monster tacos, but the first one was cold and flat with hardly any lettuce. The second one was also cold and flat with barely any lettuce, and it seemed to be a regular taco instead of a monster one. I plan on returning it tomorrow and hope to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, no one is answering the phone.

Hello, I am not sure who to reach out to, but I am confused as to why this restaurant has a closing time and yet the employees refuse to continue serving after 1:30 am, even though they are supposed to be open until 3 am. Today, I arrived at 1:35 am and encountered a very rude Indian employee who refused to take my order. I waited at the speaker and the window for a long time, but he did not want to assist me. I believe that if the cashiers are unwilling to do their job, they should not be working there because they do not seem to care about their work. I am extremely disappointed and unsure of who to contact to file a complaint.

Be prepared for a wait at the drive-thru, about 5-10 minutes per car no matter when you go. It seems like they may be short-staffed, but they also don't seem too rushed. Make sure to ask for napkins and ketchup. Other than that, the restaurant seems decent. Update: It appears they have gotten better.
