Jack In The Box - Campbell

It was a long day on bus running errands. Stop at Jack for a quick bit and energize no shoot there, an employee took a break and presided to blast the hole lobby with music. My friend use to work at Jack and she always said that was the reason employeeswere not allowed in lobby on lunch or break because some don 't know the meaning of common curiosity ???? tried all Jack contact and not one is answering either office closed even on Tuesdays 10am or check and try again heed my warn no ability tocomplain rotten customer service.

I was idling at the parking lot for about 10-15 mins waiting for my friend 's call to place an order on the app (I personally find it easier using the app than speaking to someone at drive-thru). One of the employees came out for a smoke break and wasstarring at my car suspiciously. I told him that I 'm going to pick up the order as soon as I receive my friend 's call. After Iplaced the order, I drove straight up to the window mistakenly but no one acknowledged me for 5 mins. I decided to drive out. I realized I had to make a u-turn to start over the drive-thru process! The guy who served me was the employee who starred atmy car suspiciously. When I asked for sauce for all my side orders (mini tacos, egg rolls, curly fries, etc) he bluntly said for what I gave him a ridiculous look and said for my side orders he then goes which one ok, do you not review the itemsbefore you hand out the order!? It 's common sense to ask a customer do you need any sauce or napkins? Anyway, he dumped thesauces into my hand with full of attitude then walked away. Do you not know how to say thank you ..?? My sandwich wassupposed have onion rings in it but that was missing. No napkins too, it was hellaaaaaaaa frustrating lol I am not even fromthe area but just wanted to surprise my friend who loves jack in the box that lives around the corner!! We 're obviously notcoming back. This place is the rudest jack in the box ever lol

I have to give this restaurant a 5-star rating because their Oreo milkshakes are incredibly delicious. They are top-notch. However, during my recent visit, there was only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru and it still took about 10 minutes to get through. Additionally, the regular fries were not fresh. On the bright side, their curly fries are amazing. I highly recommend trying them.

The female chef who works after 10pm is the epitome of a fast food cook. She made my burger taste like it was prepared in a restaurant. It was cooked perfectly, unlike most fast food joints where everything is overdone. I highly recommend coming here if you're craving a late-night snack, especially their burgers.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but I was not happy with the service. I visited on August 20th, 2022, just after 9 o'clock. An older man taking drive-through orders refused to add cluck sandwiches to my order when I asked at the window. While he had the right to deny my request, his attitude was quite rude. I ended up going to the nearest Popeyes to complete my order due to this negative experience.
