We ordered a pizza from our motel room and were told it would take 25 minutes. After waiting an hour, we called to check on it and were told it would arrive in a few more minutes. A total of 75 minutes after our initial call, our pizza was finally delivered. There was no discount offered and no apology for the delay. To top it off, the pizza was one of the worst I've ever had, with a streaky crust that was just terrible.

We just ordered food and specifically requested no tomatoes, but they added a lot of tomatoes to my salad. Additionally, there were no croutons included.

We enjoy dining at Jim's. My partner loves the homemade dishes; many of them are made from scratch. Everything we ordered was delicious and served in generous portions.
