Dairy Queen - Butte

This is ridiculous so when you order REGULAR SIZE CHEESE CURDS they ask what dipping sauce would you like I said ranch.. Ok cool. NOW, when you go to order LARGE SIZE they ask what dipping sauce would you like I said 2 ranches he replies i must chargeyou for the 2nd IS THAT OKAY? No that 's not okay, if I get 1 with a REG SIZE you except me to eat a LARGE ALSO WITH 1??? That 'snot cool. The guy did give me the ranch for free but I got nasty looks in the drive thru for it. Oh well, it 's funny how thebrain works and how people work in butte. All it takes is for you to be in that spot. Trust me.

My order has been right every time. But one or two employees could try a little harder to at least pretend to be happy.

My little girl was student of the month at her elementary and received a 5 dollar dq gift card. what she wanted was a bit more. tegan, the cash offered to pay the difference for her!. what a shame! I'm trying to make sure my little girl wasn't disappointed. I paid the difference, of course. but what a sweet woman and gesture. keeps them firm, management.

The service is great all around. Very clean and quick. Good job.

They always have good food, the ice cream is also good, and the staff working there were pretty nice and they did there jobs very well..
