Almost every single time we go to this location our drinks do not taste right or look right, service is average. Officially done with this location

Starbucks has been one of my favorite places to go for a little treat. I'm not one to complain about food places, but the amount of times I've spent here waiting for my drink to come out is a tad ridiculous. Yes, the employees are so kind, and I appreciate that so much, but waiting 30-45 minutes for a grande pink drink is not fun. They have 3-5 people working there all the time so they are definitely not understaffed. Not quite sure why the wait is so long every time. There was this one girl behind the counter who didn't know what she was doing, she kept walking back and forth pretending to work, and look at drinks. So, maybe that's why. The prices are normal for a Starbucks now a days, and the place is so cute and convenient, very clean. Although, I do find that other Starbucks' drinks taste a whole lot better. Unfortunately, the drinks never taste quite right here. I don't know if I would recommend this place.

Best employees. I wish their custs treated them better.

My fiancé and I go to this store frequently due to the fact that this one it’s the only on in our area recently we have been experiencing more and more hostility and disrespect at this location. Today we went through the drive thru and the girl at the window Sam cut us off and rushed us with our order. We went in to get the coffee that she didn’t let us order and while we were telling the lady at the counter Sam came up and said that we could have told us that we weren’t done. At that time she gave the most condescending tone and said that all you had to do making her co workers laugh at us all while the store manager sat at the table and watched with no apology. This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Poor customer service, poor employees and most of all poor store management.

It’s a shame to not even get to finish your order in the drive thru and get cut off by the workers. And to walk in to just simply order your drink and the workers pick a fight with you? Even worse. Shame on the employees and the store manager for not stepping in to correct them.
