Always puts good things on menu then a week later changes it

Buyer beware, you can’t have it your way! Called to go order in with very clear requests and we got anything but what we ordered. When questioned at time of payment, I was told burgers don’t come with lettuce and tomato’s when ask to have them dressed, just means pickles ? ?‍ ????? So I asked for lettuce and tomatoes and was then told $2.75 charge for each burger (4) and tomatoes are not in season ?. Nevertheless try anywhere but here!!!! There’s too many better burger joints in The Haven

Really tried to give this place a try; wrong hours posted online and then when I went back 30 minutes after they were open my only option as a solo diner was the counter. As someone moving here from across the country and staying just doors away for an extended trip, this was a very disappointing experience and one I am not going to attempt again! It was obvious the young ladies serving as greeters/hostesses could care less if they lost a customer.

Betty’s ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! Every time my wife drags me here we have issues. They constantly run out of items on the menu. The service is subpar to ok but usually very slow. Don’t let the locals fool you with good reviews…. Betty’s would never survive in a real food city. Tonight we were seated outside and brought our drinks. Over 45 minutes after ordering we were starving and watched as EVERY TABLE seated after us got their food first including one that ordered the same meal my wife ordered. I will never step foot in Betty’s again.

I live on the other side of the country. Wanted to buy a gift card for a family member that lives in the community. Asked to buy a card and pay them to mail it. Oh no so sorry. I mean really... how hard could it be? Not very accommodating. So disappointed. Could have sent them more business but they didn't want to be put out.
