The GM Veronica was absolutely rude this morning as I was rushed during my order, I DID NOT complete my order. The order was separated without request as Penny decided to share with me at the register… needless to say the order should have been combined.I’m the past, I too have worked in the fast food industry, and I am POSITIVE that quality customer service is a goal! Therefore, any personal issues in which one has should be handled before you interact with the customer. Should I call and tell my friends in Brookhaven MS to be prepared for the vicious tiger Veronica in the mornings!!! 8:42AM is not the time to ruin one’s day!!!!
These guys need to work on speed. Also fixing food as requested is a problem too.
Ordered food and the order was wrong. Took it in to have it fixed and waited more than a half hour for it because nobody placed the reorder for it.
Our order was right, no problems this visit but our food wasn’t anywhere near hot.
