Burger King - BRONX

I came to this location yesterday 8/18 and asked for my food to be hot. First off the burger was hot but the fries weren’t. Secondly there was a HAIR on my fries . I knew it wasn’t my hair because it was red and I don’t have red hair. I then went into the restaurant and the manager took the fries and gave me knew ones. What bothered me most is they weren’t even remorseful. Not one time did the manager say sorry about the situation.

First drive thru they don’t let you finish talking to order when they repeat your order they say it completely wrong after correcting them a bunch of times they rush you with no lines when you move up to pay they tell you to wait after paying they give you the drinks and food the food was wrong the drink was seltzer water not sprite every time we come here there’s a problem they got to learn don’t be fast if the orders aren’t accurate NEED NEW STAFF

The chicken sandwich including the bread was old and stale. The onion rings was over cooked with old oil yuk ??? it messes up your stomach. I will not be returning to this place at all.

Worst food everOrdered a whopper, it was made very sloppy everything dripping down and fries were soggy, oily and Luke warm. Staff seems not to care about anything inclu management

Free fries if you order through the app. Placed my order ahead of time online and spent only 5 minutes in the Drive Thru.
