I enjoyed the food Much More than last time and chatting with smiling Asian man was fun!?

March 10th, 2024. Today I ordered General tso chicken. It was just horrible. It was chewy. Mostly breaded with no meat. It seemed to be old food. Was not fresh at all. This is the second time on a Sunday that I've ordered from them and the food was horrible. A waste of money. Never again.

Incredibly disappointed in the manager’s handling of a canceled order due to a medical emergency. To tell someone who canceled one order, due to literally having a stroke and being wheeled away in an ambulance as the delivery arrived, that they can no longer order there because their delivery driver refuses is bad business. Sounds like you need to find a new delivery driver with a bit more compassion, or a new manager who your employees actually listen to?‍

On January 28, 2024 my husband and I ordered from Hunan Garden on Spencerport Rd.While waiting for our dinner I suffered a stroke. The ambulance and firetrucks were at my house when the delivery driver arrived. Naturally my husband cancelled the order. Fast forward to last night. We called to place an order. Only to find out that we are banned from delivery from here due to the fact that there was a medical emergency and had to cancel one time ?Unfortunately I am unable to drive and my husband has just had knee replacement. I'm sorry I find this in very poor taste...

Best take-out Chinese in the area. Great food, fast service, reasonable prices. No eat-in facilities l.
